The brisket sandwich was one of the best things...not best sandwich...best food period....that I have eaten in a long time.
The complexity of flavors was incredible. Good sized sandwich too...all I needed was that for lunch, nothing more. -

This place does not serve food, it serves crack.
Omg. By far, the most scrumptious, flavorful, mouth in heaven sandwich. At first I was wondering why they would charge $13 for a sandwich. Then I told them I don't want any bread so they put it on spinach. And wow that was by far the most amazing experience. It was so good, that 6 hours later I finished the spinach that was left in the bowl because of the sauce on it. Brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned. Bed of spinach and slme type of cabbage tasted better than I could have imagined.
I can't even begin to describe explosion of flavor. I will be back. As in, tomorrow. Because this is about to become very addicting. -

Saw this food truck at Westlake Park in downtown, never seen them before, so after checking the menu I decided to try them out before the line got longer.
I decided to get the "Sweetie Pig Bowl" as that looked real good. It's a braised pork & sweet potato patty all crisped up, with some cabbage slaw, their house sauce, and a over-easy egg all over steamed rice. It was pretty flavorful all around, nicely made, hearty lunch, the runny egg yolk was pretty on point as well. They went a little heavy on the sauce for my liking but still....I would get this again.
On this day, this food truck was super popular, lines got long real fast, other food trucks seem to be a bit jelly as the look over at how long the line was for them vs their own. Since it was so busy, the food took longer than we all wanted but they worked hard to get it out. Prices seem to be pretty standard with all the other ones out there. Staff was friendly and pleasant when taking orders and dishing them out.
Besides what I got, they have sandwiches too. Worth checking out and keeping an eye out for them. -

Good grilled cheese. I had the Hootenanny, very cheesy, no American or Swiss so I was happy. The bread was a bit soft, I'd prefer a little crunch. The bacon was crunchy and added great flavor too!

Really delicious food! Especially if you dig delectable, drippy, egg yolk. The sweetie pig bowl is my favorite. A savory patty of sweet potato and pork on a bed of rice with slaw, and of course the egg! It just hits that savory spot I'm looking for. The brisket sandwich is also fantastic. I feel lucky that they come to Renton close to my work.
